Create sandbox

Creates a sandbox from a production org with sandbox licenses. This kicks off creation and returns immediately — use "Check status" below on the pending row once Salesforce has had time to provision it.

Create scratch org

Creates a scratch org from a Dev Hub-enabled org. This kicks off creation and returns immediately — use "Check status" below on the pending row once it's done (usually much faster than a sandbox).
